Ground Zero 2008

Ground Zero is our convention designed just for the pre-teen in grades four and five. Join over 500 other pre-teens from across Virginia for a weekend designed to engage these students at their level. Interactive worship, exciting speakers, hands-on workshops and much more. This is a great weekend that will allow you a chance to spend time with your students in an environment other than the classroom.

Ground Zero ’08 – a preteen event like no other! At this convention, 4th and 5th graders will experience a totally interactive weekend as they

  • play games (video games including Wii, big inflatables, and more)
  • get involved in interactive worship
  • are captivated by the message through drama and breakout groups.

This year’s theme “Not what wii have done…” from 2 Timothy 1:9 meets kids right where they are – in the midst of a fun-centered culture – and then points them to Jesus.
**Wii Game System Give-away!**
Preteens can have their name entered into a drawing for a Wii game system simply by bringing a friend. The more friends they bring, the more chances they have to win a Wii.

For more information, contact Ground Zero’s president, Rose Williams.
